1. Who processes your data

The controller of your personal data is Drivora s.r.o., IČO 23960001, Českobrodská 942, 198 00 Praha 9 - Hostavice. Processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

2. What data we collect

When you get in touch: your name, phone number, email address and the content of the correspondence, including messages on WhatsApp.

During the cooperation: identity document data, driving licence, code 95 and tachograph card details, IČO and DIČ, bank details, and data on loads, costs and settlements.

When you use the site: technical connection data needed to run it and keep it secure.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare a cooperation — on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

To perform the contract: organising loads, settlements and payouts — on the basis of performance of a contract.

For invoicing, tax and accounting records — on the basis of compliance with legal obligations.

To protect our rights and keep the service secure — on the basis of our legitimate interest.

4. Who we share data with

With transport customers, to the extent needed to arrange the transport and the CMR. With insurers, for insurance and claims handling. With accountants and auditors, with banks, and with public authorities in the cases laid down by law.

We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it on for third-party advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a cooperation — 12 months. Contractual and settlement documents — 10 years from the end of the tax period, as the law requires. Load data — 5 years.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to receive your data in a portable format.

Send requests to info@drivora.cz. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, the Czech data protection authority.

7. Cookies and analytics

We always use the cookies the site needs to work: locale stores your language choice, session keeps you signed in to the driver portal, guest_id tells signed-out visitors apart for abuse protection, and drivora_consent remembers your choice in the cookie banner. These do not require consent.

For the length of a single step we also set password_reset_session while you reset a password, email_verification while you confirm an e-mail address, google_oauth_state and google_code_verifier while you sign in with Google, and auth_redirect so that signing in returns you to the page you left. They expire as soon as the step finishes.

We measure traffic with Plausible Analytics. It stores no cookies or other data in your browser and collects no personal data, so it requires no consent under section 89(3) of the Czech Electronic Communications Act and keeps working if you reject cookies.

The contact page offers an embedded Google map of our office location. It does not load by itself: we load it only after you consent to marketing cookies, or when you click the button on the page to show it. That connection to Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) is what may set the NID cookie, retained for 6 months, and process your IP address; data may be transferred to the USA under standard contractual clauses. Without consent and without that click, the address stays on the page as text and the directions link works with no connection to Google.

Analytics and marketing cookies are set only with your consent. Until you give it, no such cookies are stored. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the site footer; we remember a stored choice for 12 months.
