Insurance, scheduled servicing, repairs if it breaks down and tyre replacement are already in the rate — it works like an operating lease, just for a tractor. You pay a refundable deposit and the first month's rent. You can return or swap the tractor at any time.

An example, not a promise. The 3 250 € rent is the whole set — a MAN 18.520 tractor and a Krone Profi-liner trailer; another make of vehicle changes it by the current price list, and the deposit is paid separately. Income tax and contributions come out of the profit. What you earn depends on downtime and on your mileage.

What happens if the truck breaks down on a run?
Scheduled servicing is in the rate, and while the truck is being repaired we give you a replacement so the run doesn’t stop: call us the moment you realise you cannot drive on.
Can I buy the tractor out over time?
There is no buy-out built into the rate — this is rental, not hire purchase. If you want to end up owning a truck eventually, say so at the meeting and we’ll discuss the terms separately.
What if I want to stop after six months?
You hand the truck back and we close the contract. The deposit is returned within 30 days of the truck coming back, less any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Who pays if I damage the truck?
Comprehensive and third-party insurance is in the rate and covers an insured event. Damage beyond normal wear and tear is deducted from the deposit.
Is a deposit required, and when do I get it back?
Yes — it matches one month's rent including VAT, rounded, and the amount is shown next to each truck's rate. For a MAN 18.520 with a Krone Profi-liner that is 4 050 €. We return it within 30 days of the truck coming back, less any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Can I see the truck before I sign?
Yes, and we insist on it. Come to the depot on any working day — we’ll show you the truck, its service history and the contract before you sign anything.
